UK's 3rd Best Practice Forum

Employee Branding

Energy Clinic, London

A decade after McKinsey's influential war for talent survey, talented people have more choices than ever. In considering whether to join an organisation, or to stay, talented people are increasingly aware that there are many options available to them.

In the past, an organisation's reputation used to be determined largely by its success as a business and the level of consumer trust in its brand/s. Now an organisation’s reputation as a good employer is recognised as being equally important. Since there are many potentially good employers to choose from, how a company distinguishes itself from the field has also become a vital factor in driving choice.

The Institute believes the employee experience has a powerful influence on the options people consider and ultimately take. Your employee brand is your "trust mark" as an employer. It is about creating the organisational environment and culture that engage your people and captivates others, while holding on to your promises.

Developing Today’s Leaders for Tomorrow

Great Place to Work® Institute UK's 2nd Best Practice Forum

The Energy Clinic - London, UK

Building on the success of our initial forum, this event will again bring together HR leaders from some of the country’s Best Workplaces.

As a reflection of the growing acceptance that innovation is essential to survival and success in the globalised economy, the GPTW forums provide a common ground for organisations to share innovative practices that make real difference to organisational effectiveness and people management.

In this edition, we will specifically explore the topic of leadership and preparing for the future. With emphasis on collaborative learning, the forum has been designed to help organisations and senior HR practitioners to enhance their people strategies and practices through access to thought leadership, as well as knowledge and experience sharing.

The summit has been organised in partnership with the Financial Times, Ashridge University, the University of Cambridge Programme for Industry and the Impact Training Development Group.

Participating in the forum benefits both your organisation as a whole, but also your own professional development by becoming part of a select network committed to advancing best practice in people management.
