UK Special Awards |
UK Special Awards2006 AwardsGreat Place to Work® Institute UK’s Special Awards highlight best practice in a number of key workplace issues. The Institute’s social partners, who offer specialist knowledge and expertise in these relevant areas, support our awards. Together we hope to raise awareness around these issues and inspire organisations to incorporate measures which can make a positive difference, to both the success of the organisation, and employees' lives. Only organisations who made the 2006 UK's Best Workplaces list were eligible for consideration for Special Awards. As for the selection process for the list, winners were selected according to employees' opinions on specific issues, identified through the Great Place to Work® Trust Index© employee survey and their responses collected in the Great Place to Work® Culture Audit© management survey. In some instances, once the best candidates had been shortlisted, they were given the opportunity to provide us with more information around certain questions, which helped in distinguishing the overall winner. Please follow the links below to find out about this year’s Special Awards, the winners and our social partners: |
