UK Special Awards |
UK Special Awards2005 Awards2005 has seen Great Place to Work® Institute UK increase its range of Special Awards which highlight best practice in a number of key workplace issues. Our social partners, who offer specialist knowledge and expertise in these relevant areas, support our awards. Together we hope to raise awareness around these issues and inspire organisations to incorporate measures which can make a positive difference, to both the success of the organisation, and employees' lives. As with the winners of the 2005 UK's "Best Workplaces" Competition, the Special Award winners were selected according to employees' opinions on specific issues, identified through the Great Place to Work® Trust Index© employee survey and their responses collected in the Great Place to Work® Culture Audit© management survey. In some instances, once the best candidates had been shortlisted, they were given the opportunity to provide us with more information around certain questions, which helped in distinguishing the overall winner. Please follow the links below to learn about this year's Special Awards, the winners and our social partners: |
